Q: Is this for me if I'm already in a senior role?

A: Yes — especially. Senior roles often come with higher stakes and less explicit feedback. Visibility strategy matters more at the senior level, not less. Many of the women this program is built for are senior ICs or managers who are technically excellent and organizationally invisible.

Q: I work in a conservative, technical industry. Will this apply to me?

A: This program was built inside industries like yours. Melanie spent 30+ years in energy operations — one of the most technical, conservative environments that exists. The frameworks are designed for organizations that don't have a lot of explicit language around "visibility." That's exactly where they're needed most.

Q: What's the time commitment per week?

A: One 75-minute live session per week, plus time to apply what you learn. This is designed for women who are already busy. The curriculum is built for integration, not homework-heavy consumption.

Q: Why is this application-required?

A: Because cohort fit matters. With only 8 seats, every person in the room affects everyone else's experience. The application takes about 10 minutes — it's a conversation starter, not a test. Melanie reviews every application personally.

Q: What if I can't attend a session live?
